5 Steps to Craft a Paper Guitar Pick

Guitar picks are easy to come by, they’re also just as easy to lose. I don’t know where they go, does anyone? Sometimes I’ll be playing a song and it will dissappear right out of my hand…okay not really. The point is, if you’re going to be constantly losing your guitar picks, why not make your own? It’s easy, and one sheet of cardstock can produce up to 8 picks! Plus, nothing says ‘punk rock’ more than playing with a scrappy DIY paper pick you designed yourself over the course of 3 minutes.
Take a guitar pick and trace it 5 or 6 times on a sheet of Cardstock. If you’ve already lost every last guitar pick you own, then draw and cut one to use as a template for the rest.
Glue them all together!
Draw the most rockin’ design you can possibly come up with. Obviously the JAM Blog fit that criteria.
Laminate it with some scotch tape
Cut off the excess tape and proceed to begin jamming, courtesy of JAM!

Even if you aren't going to use it as a pick, you could do a cool pick, paint or scrapbook paper. If you modpodged them then turn them into earrings gifts for those "rock & roll" friends of yours! Heck, then one could be the center pendent for a necklace too!
