I loved this owl candle holder and changed it into a solar owl light. You can change many candle holders into solar holders with these simple steps.
For this project you'll need:
A candle holder (my owl came from Walmart)
A solar light (Walmart)
Recycled Jar that fits into the candle holder
First place the recycled jar into the candle holder. You'll want to make sure it's tall enough to keep the solar light on top to get plenty of sun.
Next pull your solar light off it's stem.
Place your solar light into your recycled jar that's inside your candle holder.
Your solar candle holder is ready.
Here is what mine looks like when the solar light is on.
Mine is hung outside in the backyard on a yard hook.
