Spring craft are my favorite! It's the perfect time to create colorful projects and I love to create fun things that center on gardening! I'm always looking to add to my ever growing flower pot collections, so for this project I tried out oven baked clay and make some colorful rainbows to decorate a flower pot!

Start by choosing the colors for your rainbow. I went with pink, purple and teal for mine.

Cut off a small chunk (around a 1/4 inch or so) and roll into a ball.

Then using your palm, gently roll out into a long, thin line. Roll evenly to ensure it is the same thickness all the way across.

Next put your 3 colors together, side by side, and curve into a rainbow shape.

Use an X-acto knife to cut the ends so they are even.

Press onto the sides of your pot, so they are curved in a shape that will fit on the pots. Lay on a foil ball in the oven to help them keep their shape. Bake according to the package directions.

After your rainbows have baked and cooled, glue them to your pot!
