Creating a Doily Banner

We recently held a big birthday bash out in our barn for our family. Our kids, my husband, and myself all have birthdays within a time span of 4 weeks so we host one big birthday party and call it good!
For our party I knew we needed something to hang on the walls behind the tables, but I wanted it to fit the look and feel of the barn. So I finally settled on creating a banner with doilies!
For our party I knew we needed something to hang on the walls behind the tables, but I wanted it to fit the look and feel of the barn. So I finally settled on creating a banner with doilies!
To create this banner you will need 8 or more doilies {I used two different sizes}, and strong twine.
Cut out the twine to your desired length and decide on the spacing for your doilies. Lay the string across the center of the doilies and add glue along the center and the outer edge.
Fold the doily over and allow the glue to dry.
Once they are all dry your doily banner is ready for display!
