Learn how to create super cute dachshund magnets for your fridge! It's so easy!
This dachshund magnet DIY only requires a few basic craft supplies. You'll need some polymer clay, craft paints and a sealer, magnets and glue and a dachshund silicone mold.

Begin by kneading the polymer clay until it's soft. Then firmly press the clay into a cavity of your mold. For multiple dachshund magnets fill multiple mold cavities.

Since the feet on this little guy are so tiny you'll want to let the clay sit in the mold for about 15 minutes or so to harden back up a little. Once you've done this, you can unmold your clay dachshund(s.)
Now bake your clay dachshund in a 275°F oven for 15 minutes on an oven safe cookie sheet or glass dish.

Carefully remove the dachshund from the oven once baked and set aside to cool.

Once your clay dachshund had cooled, paint as desired with craft paints.

I have a dapple colored miniature dachshund so I painted mine with grays, blacks, and browns.

Once the paint dries, spray on a clear acrylic sealer and let dry.
Once the sealer has dried, use E6000 glue to glue two strong magnets onto the back of your clay dachshund.
You dachshund magnet is ready for your fridge as soon as the glue dries! Isn't he cute?!
