Designer book decor using thrifted/old books. By on February 21, 2022

Looking for a quick, easy project that creates a high end looking decor? This project is just for you!!!

I had so much fun making these super easy, cheap, designer looking book decor using supplies from Dollar tree and some thrifted/old books. Let’s get started!

Materials

Thrifted/old books

Dollar store alphabet stickers

Rustoleum Spray paint – I used it in color Black, White and Gray

  1. Begin with slightly wiping the books clean.
  2. In an open ventilated area, spray these books with your choice of color.
  3. Wait for an hour between coats making sure the book is evenly coated. I got a good coverage using just two coats of spray paint.
  4. Once paint has dried, use dollar tree stickers and paste designer brand names of your choice.. that’s all! So easy..

Dont toss away those old books anymore!! Give it this upcycle and make it look high end!! I absolutely love how this project turned out.. would you give this a try?

Here is how I styled it!

So who is ready to upcycle some books now??
