DIY GLASS BOWL MAKEOVER

It is safe to say that we all have one of these Pressed Glass Bowls or Trinket Bowls in our homes at one point in our lives.
Growing up my Grandmother used to love collecting bowls like these and I have seen countless of them just spread all over my childhood home.
I don’t mind them at all but it’s just that they don’t have any color to it.
These bowls can be found in the Dollar Store and online for super cheap if you decide to go ahead and recreate this project.
I chose a bowl which had a lot of details that I could fill with glass paint.

And these were the colors I ended up using on my project.
As always you can use as many or as little color you like, to be honest my plan was to paint it Gold but I made an effort to use these colors instead.
This project is really straightforward.
Use your glass paints and start filling all the little nooks.
Play around with the colors.
I had so many little areas that I could use different colored glass paints to fill in.
Make sure to use a little paint to start with since some can drip down if it is too watery.
You can always layer it on later.
And this is how my bowl turned out.
What do you guys think?
