DIY Mail Organizer

I was tired of always having a pile of mail on the counter, so I created this pretty and chic organizer to hold it all!
It started out as this plain wooden box from Walnut Hollow. I had to sand it to get rid of the rough edges, then it was ready to paint.
Then, I added One Step chalky finish paint as well as a variety of waxes to create an aged patina.
I also added a small stencil of a geometric pattern in the front for decoration.
Once the wax was dry, my organizer was ready to hold mail!
