Are you one of those who love plants but they die? Would you like to have evergreen plants even if you forget to take care of them?
Having plants at home produces joy, we all know, and I think we have found a solution to not have to take care of them and have a green environment.
This post is dedicated to all those who kill all their plants even if they do not want, these plants do not need no light, no sun, no water or anything! Are perfect to have a green corner, and also have the advantage that they can be as you want, green, blue, yellow, pink, adapted to your decoration.
This post is also dedicated to those who want to spend a relaxed time doing something unique with their hands, believe me that serves as therapy against anxiety and stress, it is demonstrated that using creativity increases self-esteem, and concentrate on a manual activity helps Disconnect from problems while reflecting an object in your personality.
These wood plants that you finish like you want are not medicinal plants, but I assure you that they are therapeutic, just choosing the colors and mixing them will make you have a good time, if you give them away, you will make them remember you, but I assure you that when you finish them You will want to remain for yourselves.
Choose what colors you are going to use, we used acrylic paint, but you can use chalk paint or the painting you want, we made a whole range of greens simply by mixing blue cyan, yellow and some black to darken, to get different tonalities we were adding from one or another component, as we needed:
We painted each leaf in a green color, trying to make each different to give more interest to our plant, some became blue, some more yellow and some darker:
We let them dry and paint the other side, they do not have to be the same two sides, not even the edges have to be the same, the more variation you put color, the more striking it will be!
Once dried we will decorate them with another green tone that contrasts with the background, trying to look like the nerves of the leaves, but you can use any motif you want, you can paint them with spots if you fancy, or make lines, develops your creativity and make it inimitable!
Now you just have to you only have to place them inside a not very large pot (small pots from IKEA can be) with stones, that you could also paint as you like or leave them in the natural.
What do you think? Do you dare to make them? If you want to buy here you have:
