DIY Wall Art

I had a picture frame with no glass in it hanging around that I had picked up at Michales for 3.50. It needed a home so I decided to use it. I love old books and yellowed book pages, and thought this empty glass-less frame would be the perfect way to display them. This project was so easy and took no time at all!
I got out my glue gun and old book, then cut out some pages and glued them to the cardboard backing with a regular glue stick.
I then made these adorable little flowers with some pages and hot glued them on.

After that I had some patinaed Serving spoons that I had picked up from a garage sale for .10 that I attached to the back of the frame with some hot glue. That's it! Super easy and so pretty.
It turned out so well.

This is lovely. How do you polish the silver as it tarnishes?
