Upcycling reduces the amount of waste that gets to the landfills. Using this into something creative, not only helps the environment to reduce its waste, but also helps us to be a little more creative in using our ideas to beautify our garden. Give your space a natural refresh look with this Textured Boho Vase! This beautiful vase will perfectly accent any room, you place it in.

Step 1: Take any glass bottle of your choice. Rinse and clean the bottle, and let it dry.

Step 2: Pour some Matt Chalk Paint into the bottle and spread the paint all over from inside.

Spread it all over and let it dry completely.

After drying it will look something like this.

Step 3: Now using the paper tape make any pattern of your choice.

I have made this pattern.

Step 4: Now take some Acrylic Paint on the palette and add some Baking Soda to it and mix well.

I have used gold and brown colour which goes with the boho theme.

Step 5: Remove the paper tape carefully once the paint is fully dried.

And your Textured Boho Vase is READY!!!

I like this idea! I will use a plastic bottle and let my 3yo grandson do it! Will use markers on the out side for effect and ease. Oh yeah!!

  • If you use Slick Stick on the glass before painting, everything sticks better! I've used chalk paint and until it really dries, 30 days? it can get scratched up!
