A little imagination is all it takes to make fun things with dollar store supplies!

'Tis the season of early sunsets and chilly nights, why not brighten and warm up your abode with some fun and inexpensive candle holders! Ok, these are great for any time really, and using any type of votive holder.

The supplies for this are super simple:

two votive holders

a metallic marker

superglue

leather belt

All the supplies are from the dollar store except the leather belt and if you don't have an old leather belt, no worries, anything you can cut into a strip or is already a strip will work.

These markers are terrific and come in various metallics like silver, blue, or copper plus they seem to write on anything in a big bold fun fashion.

Grab some inspo for a pattern online or from around your house and get to doodling!

Easy peasy now, just invert one votive holder, dab the superglue along the bottle edge and plant the other votive holder atop.

You can use whatever glue you prefer, so long as it works for glass.

Wrap a strip of leather around the seam where the votives meet, a few dabs of glue to hold it, and tada!

Super easy, right?! Only takes a few minutes and you've got some fun new candle holders!
