Dollar Tree Tabletop Decor

If you’ve followed my blog for some time, you know two things about me. I like to create decor for my home and I like to shop at Dollar Tree. I’ve made this, and this using supplies from Dollar Tree in the past. Today, I will be sharing how I used some picture frames and lilac stems to create a gorgeous floral centerpiece for my dining table.
Here are the supplies I started out with: four picture frame, hot glue, and a bunch of lilac stems!
Start by removing the backing and picture inside each frame. Use hot glue to attach the frames together into a box shape.
This is what the glass box should look like! Now, start inserting all the Lilac stems inside the box. I tried to position the different colors of lilac flowers evenly throughout the arrangement.
I absolutely love the way this project came together. The combination of the glass box, moss and gorgeous, bright flowers is perfection. And the fact that all the supplies were from Dollar Tree? That's just icing on the cake! Have you ever made something unexpected from Dollar Tree items? I love thinking out of the box and taking something mundane (like a frame) and transforming it into cute decor (this floral vase).
Enjoyed the project?

This is so pretty. I love lilacs and think if my dollar tree isn't out of lilacs yet, I'll make one. I'm guessing you used the backing pieces of cardboard for the bottom and added either some moss or left over mulch of some kind to finish the look. ... Off to see if I can spring up my room.... ...... [running] .... ..... [puffing] .... .... ;)
