No need to spend tons of money on a wedding gift when you can make one yourself and it only took about 30 minutes to complete the entire thing. Click on the video above to watch the tutorial on how I created the frame.
Here is a close up picture of the bling and bordering around the photo.
Adding some silver glitter glue to a fabric flower is a great way to bling it up for a more formal look.
