Want something quick and very easy to add to your home decor? Then this project is for you.
Materials needed: ( I bought everything from the Dollar Tree)
Nice container.....I bought a glass one with a design. Not that you will see
much of it, however, if you decide to take out you creation, you will
still have a nice bowl to use.
Bag of small stones.....you were not need them all.
Bag of moss
Floral foam
3 succulents.....I only needed three for the size of my dish.
First, I removed the succulents from the little pots they came in. Will save them for another project. 🌻🌺
Second, I cut floral foam to fit in the bowl where I wanted it. Once I had the floral foam in I placed some stones around it. See, simple so far.
Then I took my three succulents and placed them strategically in the bowl. Now this took some time as I wanted them to be in just the perfect spot. Not really, since there were only 3 how could I go wrong? I just pushed them down into the floral foam. Push the " That Was Easy" button. Moving on.
Finally, I filled in with the moss a some more small stones. Now step back and admire your beautiful decor you just created in 15 minutes.
Top view. What's nice about this you can use it indoors or take it out on a patio or screened in porch.
Angled view. I tried to pick succulents that had color since the moss and small stones were dark.
Front view. I think it turned out pretty nice. Best part is I don't have to water it. 💦💦. Believe me, that is a good thing. If any living plant needs me to tend to it, it doesn't have much of a chance surviving. 🙁
