Made with candle holder and holly bush from the Goodwill. Cost $6.00. I will take you on a step by step process oh fast and easy this really is. You can also see our video on YouTube

Started with a plain glass candle holder from second hand store. I applied mod podge with a sponge brush to the handle base and the stem of the candle holder

The took E6000 glue and applied sequin ribbon. Ribbon is purchased at Joann Fabrics. Approx. 1/2 yard. Took more sequin ribbon and E6000 and attached it in the center of the glass stem. I used a fake candle but you can use a real candle also.
Cut some holly from the holly bush purchased at Goodwill. Wrapped around approx. 4 holly cuts around the base and hot glued them in place.
