Match the colors to the party theme and decorate the rosettes just the way you want. With a bit of creativity, the right products and our handy DIY projects, you can make your own festive communion decorations in no time at all.

Step 1

Choose different colors of scrapbook paper measuring 30.5cmx30.5cm. Use the Score Easy to score the paper. Fold every second line until you have covered the whole sheet. Do this for all the sheets of scrapbook paper.

Step 2

Cut the paper to the desired size. Use different sizes for a playful effect.

Step 3

If you wish, you can give your rosette a pretty edge with the help of an edge punch.

Step 4

Fold the strips of paper accordion style.

Step 5

Stick a piece of double-sided tape at the end of each strip and stick the ends together.

Step 6

For each paper strip, punch out a circle with the appropriate punch.

Step 7

Carefully turn the folded strip inwards from the top to create a rosette, as in the photo. Then stick a punched circle to the center of the rosette.

Step 8

To finish, decorate the rosettes whichever way you like. Use rosettes in different colors and sizes to create a festive group.
