Carole West blogger of Garden Up Green is a huge fan of crates. They’re fun and you can leave them natural or customize with color to accent any lifestyle.
There are many ways to incorporate crates making life a little easier; they’re better than cardboard boxes because they don’t fall apart.

Farmer’s Market season is in full swing and what a perfect way to carry all those natural purchases. This crate is big enough to haul a few things but not so heavy you feel like you’re lifting weights.

The Farmer’s Market crate consisted of a very light coat of Mint Julep from Dixie Belle Paint. This color is amazing like mint ice cream. It’s just so light and welcomes Summer.

But remember a very thin coat of paint and only covering the exterior.
Finishing details included Dixie Belle Paint color Collard Greens and Cutting Edge Stencils, also from Dixie Belle Paint.

This finished box is perfect for taking to the market or plant shopping because who likes putting new plants in plastic bags?

This finished product is amazing !
Only a very thin coat of paint to cover the exterior!
Using the Cutting Edge stencils with the color Collard Greens
Keep a crate in your car now and use for shopping at nurseries and markets; it’s wonderful!
