I’ve never liked putting holes in my doors and I was also never a fan of those metal or plastic over the door wreath hangers either. When I learned how to hang them with ribbon, I’ve never looked back. Then I took it a step further and created by own little system involving large thumbtacks and tiny corks for storage.

SUPPLIES ⚫1″ wide to 2″ wide ribbon to match your wreath and/or door. 1 1/2 yards will most any wreath. ⚫Thumbtacks Extra Large are really nice for this purpose ⚫Small .25″ corks size (for storing your thumbtacks in your ribbon)

We're showing two different wreaths and ribbons. This is from our Peace Wreath (which you can see how to make on our site link at the bottom!"

After placing a dab of glue on your thumbtack stick it into your ribbon. ***CLICK HERE FOR MORE PHOTOS & DETAILS***

This shows another wreath we used this system on.

This shows how to hang the wreath by pushing the thumbtack into the TOP of the door. No holes on your door anymore!

Placing a small cork onto your thumbtack allows you to store it safely.
