How to Embroider a Lotus Flower. What Can I Sew in 20 Minutes a Day?

I thought it would be fun to show that almost anyone can find 20 minutes a day to work on a piece of embroidery. I will be stitching for 20 minutes on most days and uploading the results to Youtube so you can see every step along the journey and watch the rather meditative rhythmic stitching as the days progress. So what can YOU sew in 20 minutes? :)
