I like to have pretty floral arrangements around the house, but sometimes that can get expensive unless you follow a few simple tips. How To Make $1 Dollar Store Flowers Look Expensive.

This arrangement has always gotten tons of comments. I think we all like a pretty bouquet. This one was done with all Dollar Tree flowers. 10 stems for $10 and a goodwill vase for $1. You can’t beat that price.

This has a varied assortment of stems and they all work together.

Here’s the assortment I bought. 10 stems for $10. I just picked all the colors I liked.

Now to create my floral arrangement. First, you need to put some floral foam in your vase. You can buy that at the dollar tree too.

Then cut some of your stems to the length you want and start adding them in. I like to kind of figure out the style and size of my arrangement with some of my first stems. I want this to be kind of large and a rounded bouquet.

Next I just start filling in with all the different flowers. I want some to be taller than others and some of the leaves showing and some plain.

After they were all added this is what I have. It’s sort of a free form bouquet, not a nice neat mound.

I am currently using it on the dresser in our Spring Master Bedroom. An arrangement like this can be used anywhere.

Here are a few more arrangements that have an expensive look, but done for just a few dollars. I had a couple of magnolia blooms from Hobby Lobby, so I added them to my $1 flowers for a pretty upscale arrangement. (Take note of those white fillers, I use them so often, they are basic fillers that can go in almost any arrangement.)

Put a bunch of tulips in a glass tall vase and bend the stems so they droop.

I took a trip to Dollar Tree today to see what all they had for Spring and their selection was amazing. This is just one setion, they have three sections.

I liked this area with all greenery too.

They have tons of floral foam too.

Lots of vases to choose from

One of my favorite things to buy are the pretty fillers. They have a great assortment mixed in with the flowers too. These pretty lilacs will make great fillers for all kinds of arrangements.

And don’t forget about Baby’s Breath.

I had to buy some pretty fillers while I was there. Our Spring Home Tour is coming up and I need some pretty new bouquets.

There are endless ways to use $1 stems to create all kinds of pretty arrangements for any area of your home and the colors are endless too. Check them out and create some new bouquets for your home. How to make $1 Store Flowers look expensive is really easy.

(This is not a sponsored post, I find similar flowers at all the $1 stores, so check out the one nearest you and see what you can find.)
