A scented soy candle can be the perfect gift for any occasion.
You can use soy flakes for a chemical free final product that even burns longer and clearer than a paraffin candle does. The best part? You can add your favorite essential oils and customize your candle as you wish! Can you imagine all the possibilities?
Use a coffee cup and decorate it with French decals, pour your scented soy candle and you'll have the most amazing gift for your loved ones.
Make some for your home and place them in strategic places around your home. You'll have some beautiful and chic decor pieces that will also make your home smell amazing.

I added lavender essential oil to make mine, what fragrance would you choose for your home?
Use a regular coffee cup and decorate it with your favorite French graphics.
I love using amazing graphics from The Graphics Fairy and waterslide decal paper to quickly decorate all kind of things - you can check my blog for more tips and tricks on using waterslide decals .

Betty Candles Nowell on Nov 04, 2016I am a professional candlemaker and the wick is the wrong size. You need to go to a candle supply site and thet have charts to figure the right wick for the diameter size of your container or you wont get a completre melt pool or proper scent throw. Soy wax is trickier to wick then paraffin. I love the look of the finished product. Very decorative.

Diana | Dreams Factory on Nov 05, 2016Betty, thank you so much for your comment, I love finding new things about homemaking products! I knew you have to put 2-3 wicks if the diameter of your candle is larger, but I had no idea there are actually different types of wicks to assure a proper burning. Good to know! :)

Betty Candles Nowell on Nov 06, 2016Diana, on a cointainer that small in diameter 2 or 3 wicks are too much. There are dozens of styles of wicks with tons of sizes. It's all based on the diameter of container &type of wax. Google candle wick size chart &I bet something will pop up. I'd tell you the exact website but I got mine so long ago I dont remember....maybe Bitter Creek Candle Supply.

Cindy on Sep 18, 2017Bittercreek is a fantastic place to buy candle supplies and other supplies such as bath products etc. I was a candler a while back and use to buy almost all my wax, wicks, scents etc from this company. We don't live too far from them. They are fast to ship and shipping is reasonable. On occasion we'd have them ship but only if we were pressed for time and didn't want to waste the hour or so it took to get there and then back home again.
