How to Make a Snowman Candle Jar

Today I wanted to show you how to make a snowman candy jar, but I had limited time and I couldn’t find a round candy jar that I liked. Instead, I ended up taking an old candle in a jar and making it into a snowman jar candle.
I had all the supplies for this project so it didn’t cost me any money- unless you count the $60 I spent at the craft store while I was looking for a jar…

SUPPLIES: Candle in a jar

Glue gun

Glue sticks

Clear glass gem vase fillers ( in the floral section of craft stores)

Felt

Buttons

Clay
I glued the gems starting at the top of the jar and worked my way to the bottom, staggering them as I went. There will be small gaps between the gems. My gaps are more obvious because the candle is red, but I don’t think it really matters.
Once the jar was covered in gems, I added button eyes and a button mouth.
I think he turned out cute but, after making him and then taking his picture and editing the photos, he started to creep me out. I couldn’t put my finger on it but maybe it is the button eyes. What do you think do the holes in his eyes look menacing?
