Don't throw out those old bottles....paint em!!! And use them for gorgeous but inexpensive home decor. I did a post about all things Annie Sloan Chalk Paint can be used on over on the blog...and glass bottles is one of them. I just painted a few more recently.
They can be used as vases for flowers or just pretty decor on a shelf. Super easy DIY.

An old bourbon bottle....to pretty, decorate vase.
One of my most popular posts over on the blog. I shared my love of Oil Rubbed Bronze spray paint...and all the things I've painted with it...like these bottles.
The bottles got a bit of Oil Rubbed Bronze spray paint as a first (undercoat) layer.
Chalk Paint over that...lightly sanded back to show the "bronze" color. Wood medallion and a stencil in brown...voila...pretty bottle!
Enjoyed the project?
