Desire a touch of delicate to your table? Perhaps a bit of lace? Say no more! I have a lace Coaster project here for you that will look-oh-so adorable on your table.
Grab some lace fabric from the Yarn Department of Michael's, and trace a circle on the fabric. I used the biggest cup in my house as a guide for he Circle.
Then after you trace that Circle, cut it out and place it on a sheet of cork.
Using some modge podge, you can either paint it over the fabric or smooth the modge podge on the cork first then place the fabric over it. The choice is yours!
Either way, you get a pretty finished product after you let it dry.
Look how fancy this lace Coaster looks holding your drinks!
Enjoyed the project?

Frequently asked questions
Have a question about this project?
Is it possible to paint a cork coaster, then using the lace over that (once it's dry) paint a different w a different color)? You wouldn't need to modge podge it on, or maybe to keep it in place... Any ideas? Thanks so much!
