Mason Jar Glitter Vase
A set of pretty glitter mason jars to decorate your home for Spring.
Add a touch of shine to basic jars to create beautiful home decor pieces.
For this project I grabbed a few small mason jars and brought them to life with colorful glitter. These glitter mason jars are so easy to make, they can be done in a variety of patterns and colors to match your mood.
Use sauce or pickle jars for this project to make it eco-friendly!
Supplies:
Jar - grab a few matching jars to create a centerpiece
Glue
Paint brush
Glitter - a variety of colors and textures
Painters tape
Wash and dry the jars before beginning this project.
Tape off the top of the jar with painter’s tape then brush white school glue around the exposed half of the jar. You can use the painter’s tape to create geometric shapes and varying lines.
Once coated in glue, while still wet, sprinkle the jar in glitter and shake off excess. Gently remove the tape and let the jar dry.
Fill these jars with flowers and place them around your home for Spring. You can also group a set together to make a nice centerpiece.
