Mason Jars Thrifted Caddy Makeover

DIY projects that take less than thirty minutes to complete are just as fun as entire room makeovers or big furniture projects. I love finding different pieces to decorate our home with. My favorite place to ship for those pieces are thrift stores and yard sales. I save a ton of money and can customize the things I find to fit my style. This Mason jar Caddy was one of my most recent projects.
I found this cute box at a thrift store. The shape of the box is what drew me to it, but the color of the wood was not going to work in our home.
All I did was paint the box with {afilink} one of my favorite white paints (Picket Fence from Fusion Mineral Paint) and then sanded the edges.
I added {afilink} jute twine to the hole in the back and hung it in our back porch. I put Mason jars inside and clipped hydrangeas from the yard to put inside the jars. I can use this caddy all over the house for different things too. The best part is that it cost less than $3 and took my less then half an hour to complete!
