Mini Home Tour - Adding Natural Elements in Your Decor

I was inspired to put together a mini home tour featuring ways I've incorporated natural elements in my decorating. We don't live near the woods so sometimes I have to settle for "faux" - I'm a bit deprived of the real deal, but I love to bring it inside whenever possible. To me, no decor room is complete unless nature is present in some way. Recently I've become more comfortable with statuary and seem to gravitate towards equine decor -- no idea why other than...I like it! You can also download your own "Pinecone Watercolor Art" by becoming a subscriber to my blog. Enjoy!
“Beautiful Day” Art from Junque, wreath from T.J. Maxx. Sheets from Target.
I first introduced antlers into my decor during the holidays in 2013. Juniper clippings are from my yard.
Stag head from Restoration Hardware...
Branches from the yard...
Wreaths with pinecones add a nice winter touch in our kitchen.
Grandpa's antique bottles are pretty with a single stem of anything I bring in from outside.
Sap buckets on the family room wall always contain some greenery or branches.
Not nature...but faux nature is ok in my book ;-) Faux fur blanket was a gift for Christmas – from Target.
Watercolor pinecone art...framed. FREE for new subcribers of my blog.
A fall mantel with a lamb’s ear wreath, made by me with a few other natural elements thrown in. I found the lambs’ ear stems at Walmart and just wired them together with floral wire.
