Mirror to Chalkboard Welcome sign

Found this styrofoam mirror at the thrift and decided i liked it better as a chalkboard for my front door. That way all my favorite people can leave me messages when they stop by for a visit.http://reposhture.blogspot.com/2012/10/5-minute-makeoveragain.html

I love your chalkboard welcome sign. I have a frame in the same style, but it's alot larger. I had refinished it in a red/burgundy stain about ten years ago, and since then I have changed my decor and colour scheme. I put the frame into storage and decided the colour didn't go with our decor anymore. Now that I see how beautiful your sign and frame is, I am inspired to redo the frame in chalk paint. The centre is a large mirror, so I might keep the mirror or change it and do a chalkboard paint on a piece of wood instead and change it out. Again love your welcome sign.

This one came with a mirror too and I just removed it and added the wood and the chalkboard paint. So glad you kept the mirror because you are going to love it no matter what you do with it! Thanks for the kind words
