I am excited to be sharing this post of creating “nature in a jar.”
I can walk out my front door and find an abundance of pine cones and other natural elements that have fallen from our trees.
A few miles away, I can gather shells from the beach. One jar will be transformed into a coastal candle holder and the other jar, a mixture of pine cones, acorns and rustic leaves.
Step 1: Filling the Jars with Nature

For jar #1 add acorns on the bottom, leaves, berries, pine-cones or anything nature you would like. There are so many other possibilites like dried flowers, pretty stones.

3 large heritage jars

12 small pine cones

20 acorns

Dried leaves

Dried red berries branched

Assorted Shells

Candle
Step 2: Add a different variation of nature to the Jar#2

In another jar I added a few painted gold pine-cone, acorns and leaves in any way that your like. Be Creative !
Step 4: Coastal Jar #3

Layer the sea shells half way up. The sea shells should mostly of similar size. At the end add a candle in the middle.
Enjoy creating these pretty Nature in the Jars. Love to hear what you think!
