All that stack of newspaper has to have some creative use. My mom used them for glass cleaning purpose only. ONLY!!! Now in a need for something pretty and romantic for my bedroom wall, i thought of using these. And then came in two more heroes, the cardboard rolls. Above all, this project costed me absolutely NOTHING!
Cut your news paper into half and cardboard into rings.
Start rolling the newspaper from the corner to make a tube.
Secure the end with pva glue.
Get some object to make some to make the rings now. I used 2 sized of round bottles and one nail color's squarish bottle.
Wrap the newspaper tube on the bottle.
Secure the end with glue and let dry for a few seconds. Now slide it slowly to remove the ring from the bottle.
Use a pencil to make a tight ring to be used as the tealight holding dish.
Arrange the newspaper rings and card board rings if available. Stick them together using glue gun. And spray paint.
Decorate or leave as it is. I used penny sized mirrors.
Enjoy!
