DIY Pallet Photo Transfer Art

Creating inexpensive and meaningful art is such a great way to fill your walls and make your house a home without breaking the bank. I've found that pallets are one of the most versatile free items that you can find. Seriously, they can be made into just about anything.
I've made many pallet projects in the past (pumpkins, signs, bar/workbench, etc), but this time I decided to make some fun art for my four year old son's room.
I started by cutting the pallet boards down into equal pieces then attached them together with smaller boards
I white washed each one and let them dry before applying the printed pictures.
I applied Mod Podge to the front of each picture, laid them down, let them dry then peeled off the paper.
I was left with three perfectly rustic pictures for my son's room. The best part? They were completely free!

You can see the three completed pictures hanging in my son's room as well as all my other pallet projects on my blog, Little House of Four.
