Can anyone tell me about this beautiful vase?

This gorgeous vase is a satin blue darker at the bottom and lighter on top.with hand painted gold design. I hope someone has some information about it for me. There are no markings on the bottom. It stands 11" tall x 3 1/2" wide. Perhaps you can even share a link.

Your vase is gorgeous. It looks like it could be porcelain. Is the bottom unpainted or show what appear to be at least 3 "dimples" on the bottom? If it's unpainted it's probably porcelain, since you cannot glaze the bottom of those pieces. The dimples are stilt marks in the glaze, which as to be used when firing to keep the piece from sticking to the kiln shelf.

Its called Bacarrat and it is typically from france. Probably 25 years old maybe more. I bought 2 in an antique shop. Yo may also want to try etsy. I looked a vintage silver rouge compact on there and was stunned that such a tiny piece was worth so much money, $250.00. I inherited the compact from my Swedish Grandmother and have had it for 30 years.
