Hello Elayne; If I were doing this, I would use an empty wall.
I would purchase all of the frames at once, so that they match at least by color.
I would use the prominent color that is on the Awards.
Black is always a good color to use, and it matches easily.

You can use a shadow box. I look the way these look when you display things in them.
Walmart sell clear frames with just a little black edge to hold it together. They are pretty inexpensive and readily available for future awards so they match and you don't end up with a bunch of different frames, unless that is what you want. I would have a wall that you use just for doggy awards with a picture of your dog in the center.
