I have been doing different projects, plastic, silk, wood, glass and the glue holds, then in 24 hours it does not hold. Help.

E6000. That stuff will hold anything on or together.

E6000 and Fabri-Tac are the 2 best glues I have found.

I agree Lynda. I even use a minute touch of Fabri-Tac to secure my ends when I'm knitting and E6000 for jewellery making (must dry for 24 hours). Gorilla glue is not a favourite as it expands and foams out the sides. Hard to judge how much to use. I also use Epoxy extensively (2 tube dispenser that measures out the right amount to mix before using). Hot glue gives way in extreme heat and cold temps so I don't use it for anything tha is going outside. Cindy if you want to remove the hot glue you have used on something...put the item in the freezer till it's really cold and then it will peel off easily.

Is there a glue stick that is as strong as E600?

My two go-to glues for non-paper attachments are Aleene's Designer Tacky Glue and E6000. I buy the miniature tubes of E6000 because I don't use the large tube often enough to prevent it gelling and therefore not adhering as well.

Ooh. That sucks. Try super glue or hot glue or cold glue. (There is such a thing as cold glue.)
