Can you use modge podge with fabric?

I've never used modge podge, but would like to attempt something custom for my daughter's dorm. I want to use a mix of heavy construction paper and fabric (thin), but am questioning the use of the different materials. Any advise would be appreciated.

you can use Mod Podge on fabric, however it will leave it very stiff and possibly leave a "shine" on the piece even if it says matte finish. I would experiment with scraps before applying to the actual project. Regular construction paper tends to fade, I recommend cardstock or pretty design paper in the scrapbook aisle. Perhaps you could replace the fabric idea with ALL paper?

Any porous material will work great with modge podge!

I've used mod podge on thin fabric with good results. It may need to be sealed if it's on a surface that's used/touched often

My daughter and I stamped some curtains I made with craft paint, I have had the curtains for 14 years , they still have the paint on them. We used craft type stamps.
