use acrylic Paint and you old sponge paint your cement leaf and then you can paint details like the veins
If you are going to use them outside, use exterior paint and sealer. Otherwise, use whatever paints you like, as long as the paint does not obscure the leaf veins and other details. I would choose several colors and dry brush them on. You can always add to dry brush, but you can't take away from a thick coat. Be sure to seal them because the edges will be delicate. Bless you š
Use any type or variety of exterior latex paint and/or concrete paint products found in home improvement and craft stores. Allow the top coat to dry for 24 hours before moving on to the next step in painting concrete. Seal the statue. Use a non-yellowing exterior concrete sealer.
Thank you so so much for everyone sharing their information. Please keep them coming. I don't mind to read and learn more about it.
Thanks again.
