First round up a good dozen chickens. Then apply copious amounts of alcohol to the chickens. when the chickens are drunk enough lead them out by the wagon and lash them to the wheel one at a time. take the wheel off the wagon hang it where you like, chicken wreath. remember to feed twice daily and poop scoop often

I would start with a chicken wire wreath ( just wrap chicken wire around a straw wreath maybe) and make an assortment of chickens out of calico, stuff them, add red felt wattles, hot glue on little googley eyes and attach them...add some fake eggs maybe...you get the idea.

Maybe wrap a wreath form with strips of chicken wire ( could be spray painted in your favorite color, too) make a bow out of chicken printed fabric, put a larger chicken on the center left side, with some feathers, and scatter smaller chicken related items around? I still laugh at a gift my daughter gave my husband - it was a teeny little box with three corn kernels glued down and written on the box lid was "3 Piece Chicken Dinner" - since his all time favorite place to eat is KFC!!!
