I bought a wooden framed mirror and hanged it near the front door. Then I bought double forked hooks and screwed them in the bottom frame to hang hats and caps there. It holds 12 or 14 at once. We also have a bin on the high wall behind the door for more gloves, hats, and scarves if needed.
