Hi there! First and foremost, thank you in advance to anyone who takes the time to read or answer!! :) Basically I was just wondering if I can decoupage wrapping paper straight onto plywood or do I need to sand or seal the plywood first? Thx!

I have never had a problem with decoupage directly to plywood or any other surface for that matter.

I have found that ModPodge is a good sealer - just make sure you have a good coat of it on the plywood first and you should have no problems.

As long as the wood is throughly clean and dry there should not be a problem, however make sure you choose the correct decoupage glue for this as it is available in all mediums.
