How can I decorate an empty tall living room wall?
Need ideas for one of our walls in family room. It has no windows just like 13 feet high. I have a canvas picture on it now over sofa but tired of that.

Do a large grouping going high. You can add archetectural pieces, mirrors, single shelves to display collectibles, wood carvings..... Just depends on your style.
Find a pretty branch and tack it to wall.
You could install some shelves over the sofa and use it as a place to display some artwork or knick knacks. Space them evenly or mix it up with some short and some long for interest.
Oversized clock, tobacco baskets (if you like farmhouse), specific recommendations would be guided by your style preference.
What about a picture rail? It allows you to add tall pieces of art and change them around often.
