You need a masonary drill bit roughly the same size as whatever will be used to attach the planter.

A Masonry drill Bit - Electric drill - Might be better if you attach Brackets to the Wall spaced about 1/4 way in from end of planter at both ends , then and sitt the Planter Box on to the brackets. (that way it will be easier to plant up..............
You need a masonry drill bit. But I don't think I would use wood unless it's pressure treated. You could get some nice brackets.
YEP! You will need to use a masonry drill bit. You cannot drill into brick. You will need to drill into the mortar joints and use plastic anchors in the holes.
You need to use a drill bit and anchor made specifically for brick.
