During the recent ice storm, a cedar tree limb broke off.

My daughter would like suggestions on what she could make with the branches. She is a beginner at crafting, so anyone got any suggestions??

    Does she want to do something useful or decorative? Sturdy branches can be used for towel bars or cut down for cabinet and drawer knobs, as well as thinly sliced for jewelry. She could recycle a large can or jar, making it into an interesting vase with tall branches standing in it. Pieces of branches can be tied together with frame to assemble or decorate picture frames.

    She was thinking about making little bird houses with the small branches, but needs some help with suggestions. Anyone ever done this
