Arlene White Stricker on Aug 03, 2014Looks like something someone made of recycled things. Like an upside down soap dish,a drawer knob, etc. it might not have had a purpose. Cute.Helpful Reply

Jeanette S on Aug 03, 2014I agree this is a "fun" piece. Considering the colors, it was put together by a woman!Helpful Reply

Lisa Olson on Aug 03, 2014I believe it was a clothes dryer that hung on the wall, It is missing the long wooden dowels that have a ring on the end, they would be pulled up thru the top and the ring would prevent them from coming through but they would fan out allowing you to hang your clothes to dry.Helpful Reply

Jan on Dec 27, 2014Just goes to show if you ask the right person---dealer sold me something she said was used for crushing nuts---didn't seem right to me but it was neat and wood---neighbor walked in one day and said OMG haven't seen one of those in ages---it was a not so common sock darner---which now makes perfect sense.Helpful Reply

Pamela Kolleas-Hilliard on Jan 20, 2015It looks like a wall fountain piece you would hang above a fountain dish. I think this because of the line of dark that goes straight down like a water stain.Helpful Reply
