Finding a lamp shade for this lamp

Question

I can't find a glass to fit this lamp, like the other one. Any suggestions as to what I can do to use the shade over the candle bulb? I love these,they are touch lamps. Glass globes don't fit! I have looked several places,even ordered from HD. They don't have to match. They don't need a glass globe,I just need to be able to put the shade on.  Help? Is there a homemade something I can do other than find a chimney that doesn't fit!

What you need is a glass chimney that goes on the lamp and the shade sits on the chimney. Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, Ace Hardware sell replacements. They come in different sizes. So you will need to carefully wrap the chimney (from the other lamp) and shade to take to the store with you. Thank you , this is about 30 years old, the available chimneys dont fit. i need a homemade shade of some sort and i will be happy.  what about a bell shape placed upright on the base?

Go to a good lamp repair shop.  Stay away from the 'big box' stores...
the professional in the lamp shop will be able to get the proper size chimney
that you need.  This will save you time, effort, money and hassle!

There are always chimneys for sale on eBay.  Ask a lot of questions before you buy, in lauding if it is returnable.  If you can't fix the exact size you might find a pair of identical ones that will work.  Good luck.

Thank you everyone...can you believeright in front of my nose was the answer..and I really like it! Now it is tucked away on the dresser...and has a nice ambient glow! Banging my head here....2 years it took to figure it out,and you all helped!
