How can I create a wall display for my necklace and bracelets sets?

I have lots of jewelry on hangers in the closet and other creative surfaces. I want to build a simple frame structure with slats or something going across it to hang my jewelry sets on to be seen. I don't have circular/mitre saws, etc., so I need something easy. I am open to suggestions.

I had the same issue so I made myself a cupboard. I dont see why you could have something similar and mount it on the wall.
