A decal that is waterproof would really stand out and enhance the area.
Forget the decorate. Get colorful towels and rug. A tall and simple flower arrangement on the back of toilet.
You could use a water proof paint such as Patio Paint (prime with a primer made for plastic) Stencil with a beautiful Mandala, or other design.... and consider trying it as a "tone on tone" such as shiny on matte...
I agree with Jcraw regarding decorating the stall. It's always got water and anything you put on it is likely to become yucky in pretty short order. If you want additional decor beyond towels, etc. you can add decor or a pop of color on the walls.
If the shower stall is tall and very well lit, you could possibly hang a plant overhead.
