I'm assuming you mean 95" length. You would have to buy your fabric that length plus the hem at the bottom and the rod pocket at the top, or however you are going to hang them. As for the width, the standard is 2 to 2.5 times the width of the window. Most home decor fabric is 54" wide. I would make it work with full panels. It will depend on if you plan on closing the curtains or if they are just decorative panels.

]if you just want to make your already existing curtains longer try cutting them apart horizontaly. Now add whatever fabric you would like to the "middle" making it the desired length you want and sew or use iron on fusible webbing. You can use contrasting or compliment fabric from sheets, shower curtains, etc.

If you are planning on making them, think about using bedsheets. They can often be cheaper than purchasing that much material by the yard. Check the sizes Queen and King should be long enough.

Get one cut from Joann or Hobby Lobby with a 40 or 50% coupon or buy online. 95" plus hem allowance is about 3 yards x your number of panels. You didnt specify if your measurement is height or width.
