You should be able to prime with Kilz, perhaps 2 coats, then paint with your choice of paint.

    Hi Liena,

You can also use wallpaper if you find one that you like. The important part is to clean the walls and use wallpaper "sizing" before putting up the wallpaper. I've put up prepasted wallpaper in several places in our home over the years and always had success with using the sizing first (as recommended). The best part (for me) over the years is that when I was ready to change it, the wallpaper came off easily. All I had to do was wipe off the sizing and I could paint for a different look. Wishing you the best.

If you want to wallpaper you can fill in the lines between the panels with a light latex spackle smoothed and sanded

For any Hometalkers who may not be familiar with the term, a Wendy House is a small walk-in toy playhouse for children.

The name comes from the character Wendy, in PeterPan.
