What can I use to paint on wine glasses so that it won't chip?

I want to paint wine glasses without the paint chipping off once it's dry.

To make the paint permanent you need to bake the glasses. After you paint the glasses, place them on a cookie sheet in the oven. Turn the oven on and set it to 300 degrees for an hour. After an hour turn the oven off and let it cool down with the glaases still inside. Do not remove until the oven has completely cooled down.
